1:1 Therapy

Individual therapy is a collaborative space to explore your inner world, reconnect with your intuition, and develop tools that support lasting change, both emotionally and physically.

This is for you if

  • You feel disconnected from your intuition or inner voice

  • Past experiences continue to impact your present‑day life

  • You struggle with nervous system regulation, overwhelm, or emotional reactivity

  • You want therapy to feel collaborative, not directive

  • You value mindfulness and embodied approaches to healing

  • You’re seeking clarity around purpose, direction, or personal goals

What we explore together

  • How past experiences shape current patterns and challenges

  • Your nervous system and how it responds to stress, relationships, and change

  • Emotional processing through both mind and body

  • Mindfulness as a tool for awareness and regulation

  • Building trust in yourself and your decision‑making

  • Practical tools you can return to outside of sessions

My Approach is Unique Because

I view the therapist's role as a guide - someone who supports you in reconnecting with the wisdom that already exists within you. Therapy is the process of gently uncovering the layers that cloud your inner wisdom and peace.

My approach is person‑centered, trauma‑informed, and grounded in nervous system awareness. I prioritize creating a safe, non‑judgmental space where trust can develop, allowing us to navigate challenges and celebrate progress together.

Healing is not just cognitive; it includes the body. Drawing from my background as a yoga instructor, I encourage embodied awareness and emotional processing, because if we don’t feel it, we can’t heal it.

I also believe a therapist's own regulation matters. I actively prioritize my own nervous system regulation, self‑care, supervision, and self‑honesty so I can show up fully present for clients.

My Story

Therapy and self development have played pivotal roles in my own life - supporting me throughout my 20’s in navigating grief + loss, sobriety, anxiety, emotional pain, low self worth and in feeling lost with my own path + purpose.

Without it, I don’t believe that I would have been able to find the tools to embark on the path I am now and to feel my own sense of independence and empowerment.

I felt a strong calling to become a therapist because of these positive experiences - not only in my desire to support others in a way which is ethical, trauma-informed, and safe, but also to give back in ways that my previous therapists gave to me.

Throughout my own self development journey, I have studied and worked in treatment centers supporting those navigating addiction, I have obtained my Yoga training qualifications and actively taught yoga to a wide variety of people - integrating movement, breath and mindfulness into the healing process, and now as a licensed therapist, I feel deeply privileged to combine my person-centered and psychodynamic approach into my practice.

I believe that we can’t heal without feeling - I support my clients in connecting both the mind and the body to process and release.
